What do I need at home?
You need your bike, a stable indoor stand or controlled rollers, a mounted phone, useful lighting, and enough room to show the full rider and both wheels.
When should I use an in-person professional?
Choose qualified in-person help for persistent or worsening symptoms, injury or medical questions, uncertain mechanical work, complex cleat or asymmetry concerns, or any setup Roth cannot assess clearly.
