A free-fit request is not an account and has its own withdrawal control. A rider with a previously issued Roth account can delete it directly inside the Roth app.
Current service notice; legal draft. This page describes the customer-facing service and data flow that exist now. Business and legal review of these terms is still pending.
01TWO DIFFERENT RECORDS
An enrollment request is not an account.
A free-fit request and a Roth account are separate records. Withdrawing a request and deleting a Roth account are separate operations.
Use the request-withdrawal page for a free bike-fit request. Use account support only if Roth previously issued you a Roth account.
02LIVE CONTROL
Withdraw a free bike-fit request on the website.
A rider can use the first-party withdrawal page with the request reference and reply email. Roth returns the same accepted response whether or not a matching request exists. For a match, withdrawal closes the review queue and records revocation of granted contact and case-study follow-up permissions.
Roth has not published or implemented an automatic deletion deadline for free-fit requests. A withdrawal changes the request to withdrawn and retains limited request, consent, status, and security history; it does not hard-delete that history. A rider may contact Roth with an access, correction, or deletion question while the final retention procedure is under review.
Enter the request reference shown on the confirmation page
Use the same reply email entered on the request
Receive a non-enumerating accepted response
Revoke granted request-contact and case-study follow-up permissions
Withdrawal closes the current request path but does not hard-delete the retained request and event history.
03ACCOUNT DELETION
Delete a Roth account directly.
An approved account holder can start whole-account deletion inside the Roth app. When website account access is enabled, the same authenticated control appears below.
Roth asks the rider to verify the connected sign-in, explains the scope, closes normal product access immediately, and shows cleanup status. Billing managed by Apple, Google, or another provider remains a separate control.
04RECOVERY SAFETY
Deleted customer data must stay deleted.
Private storage providers may keep inaccessible recovery copies until the configured recovery window expires. Roth keeps a minimal one-way deletion safety record so a database restore cannot silently reopen a deleted account.
Stop active video processing and shared access
Remove tracked recordings and customer fit records
Delete the connected Roth sign-in after cleanup
Keep billing cancellation separate
Block restored backups from recreating account access
Previously issued account
Delete a Roth account
Public website account access is closed in this release. An approved rider can delete the account directly inside the Roth app under Account, Privacy and data.
