Every Roth bike fit is free. The website and app do not start a plan, charge a card, begin a subscription, or withhold a result behind an upgrade.

Equipment and outside services are not included

Riders provide their own bike, indoor support, phone, mount, tools, parts, and any shop, mechanic, fitter, or healthcare service they choose to use. Roth does not reimburse those outside costs.

There is no Roth charge to refund

Because Roth charges no fitting fee or subscription, there is no Roth purchase to cancel or refund. Contact the separate seller or provider about any equipment, app-store, shop, or professional-service charge made outside Roth.
