Automatic results, validation, and expert help are not the same thing.

A supported Roth fit is designed to publish automatically after its checks pass. Before that product path opens, qualified fitters compare the method with independently measured reference fits. A rider may later choose an optional Expert Review for human interpretation and follow-up.

• Expert Review: an optional one-to-one service requested by the rider

A qualified reviewer sees only the case you choose to share.

The planned $99 Expert Review adds a recorded explanation, a detailed action plan, and one follow-up with a qualified fitter. It is not included in the $39 One-Bike Fit, and requesting it does not change the label or history of the original automatic result.

The fitter should receive the relevant recordings, starting setup, repeated measurements, automatic result, policy version, and the rider’s stated fitting goal—only after the rider gives separate access.

A remote review cannot diagnose, repair, or guarantee.

Expert Review does not diagnose or treat a medical condition, inspect a component in person, guarantee comfort or performance, or replace a mechanic when the work is outside the rider’s skill. A reviewer may stop and direct the rider to an in-person fitter, mechanic, or healthcare professional.

Expert Review is not yet on sale.

Roth will not accept payment for Expert Review until the company qualification standard, staffing, supported case categories, response timing, cancellation terms, privacy window, and escalation process are published and operational.

The current website explains the service so founding riders can evaluate the direction. It does not claim that a fitter is standing by today.
