The supported path is designed to return an automatic result only after its checks pass. If the recordings conflict or the situation falls outside the supported path, Roth stops instead of forcing an answer. Independent validation and future optional Expert Review remain separate.

02OPTIONAL EXPERT REVIEW
A qualified reviewer sees only the case you choose to share.
When Expert Review opens, you will choose what to share and receive a recorded explanation, detailed action plan, and one fitter follow-up. It is not available yet, and requesting it will not change the label or history of the original automatic result.
The fitter should receive the relevant recordings, starting setup, repeated measurements, automatic result, policy version, and the rider’s stated fitting goal—only after the rider gives separate access.
03BOUNDARIES
A remote review cannot diagnose, repair, or guarantee.
Expert Review does not diagnose or treat a medical condition, inspect a component in person, guarantee comfort or performance, or replace a mechanic when the work is outside the rider’s skill. A reviewer may stop and direct the rider to an in-person fitter, mechanic, or healthcare professional.

Expert Review is not yet available.
Roth will not present Expert Review as available until the company qualification standard, staffing, supported case categories, response timing, privacy window, and escalation process are published and operational.
The current website explains the boundary so riders know when online guidance should stop. It does not claim that a fitter is standing by today.

If Roth cannot give a clear supported result, it stops instead of guessing. No fitting fee, subscription, or payment is required.
