02YOUR FIRST DECISION
Know why a change comes first—not just what number moved.
When a bike feels off, a list of angles and adjustments can create more uncertainty. Roth shows what was noticed, how clear the evidence is, why one change comes first, and when the online process should stop.
03A WAY BACK
Change one thing without losing your starting point.
Roth checks each recording, compares two videos of the same setup, explains one suggested change, respects your bike’s limits, and follows what happens on your rides. Your starting setup stays with the change so you can return to it.

04AN HONEST STOP
When an online fit is not the right answer, you should know.
Roth does not turn unclear video, worsening symptoms, or an uncertain mechanical change into a confident recommendation. It stops and points you toward the fitter, mechanic, or healthcare help the situation needs.
