ROTHBIKE FITCheck eligibility

Help and support

Start with the right kind of help.

Find help with the website, the free setup check, founding-rider enrollment, privacy, and safety.

01WEBSITE

The public site and Free Check require no account.

If the menu, setup-check buttons, or interactive examples do not work, try the latest version of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge with JavaScript turned on. The pages should fit your screen without side-to-side scrolling.

02FREE CHECK

The result checks setup readiness—not bike position.

The three questions ask about your type of bike, whether an indoor stand or rollers can hold it steady, and whether the phone has enough room to see you and both wheels. Your answers stay on that page and are not uploaded or saved.

03PRODUCT STATUS

Founding-rider enrollment requests are open.

The founding-rider form submits directly to Roth through the website and stores the request in Roth’s private operations database. It does not require a configured mail application. A request does not create an account, take payment, or guarantee access. Public Apple, Google, and passwordless email account creation is not enabled in this release.

04ENROLLMENT HELP

Keep the on-page reference as your receipt.

After a successful submission, the website shows a stable reference number and confirmation page. Automated acknowledgement email delivery is not enabled yet, so the on-page reference is the reliable receipt.

If submission is interrupted, use the retry action on the form. Repeating the same request safely returns the same result instead of creating a duplicate operational record.

  • Do not submit symptoms, health information, payment data, measurements, passwords, identity documents, riding video, or private report links
  • Use /beta/withdraw with the reference and reply email if you no longer want request contact
  • A request does not create an account, collect payment, or guarantee an invitation
05SAFETY

Do not use the website for a health or mechanical emergency.

Roth does not diagnose or treat injury. Stop riding and seek appropriate qualified help for worsening pain, numbness, weakness, loss of control, or any other urgent concern. Use a qualified mechanic whenever you are unsure about changing a bike part.

06CONTACT

Send only the information needed to answer the question.

The general contact form prepares a draft in the visitor’s own email application. The website does not transmit or save those contact-form fields. If the visitor sends the message, the visitor’s email provider and Roth’s email provider process it.

Do not email passwords, payment information, health information, measurements, identity documents, or riding video.
