Terms of use
These terms cover the public website, free setup check, and free bike-fit requests as they work today. Roth charges no fitting fee or subscription. Public account creation is not enabled in this release.
The website provides product information, sample screens, a free setup check, learning articles, contact links, and a first-party free bike-fit request stored in Roth’s private operations database. The request does not create an account or guarantee immediate capacity.
The free setup check runs in the browser. Roth does not upload or save its answers and does not use them to create an account.
The free bike-fit form submits directly to Roth through the website and stores the request in Roth’s private operations database. It does not require a configured mail application.
Roth uses the request to check whether the setup is supported, manage current service capacity, reply about the request, and record the rider’s separate case-study follow-up choice. A request does not take payment or authorize publication of a case study.
Roth currently accepts free bike-fit requests from eligible adults using a supported road, gravel, or indoor-bike setup. A request may be reviewed, waitlisted, accepted, declined, or withdrawn when a setup is unsupported or current service capacity is full.
The public website does not provide healthcare, emergency, or mechanical-repair advice. Do not rely on it to diagnose a condition or decide whether an injury or unsafe bicycle is appropriate to ride.
You may use the website for lawful personal use. Do not try to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the site, send abusive automated traffic, present sample screens as customer results, or copy the site in a way that suggests Roth endorses you.
The current release does not provide: Public Apple, Google, and email account creation; Website-to-app account continuity; Checkout or payment, because Roth is free; Personalized result delivery; Expert Review. A displayed workflow, example report, feature description, or price does not make one of those services available.
Roth’s original website copy, visual system, illustrations, and product examples are protected to the extent allowed by applicable law. You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with clear attribution. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
Features, supported setups, timing, privacy controls, and the fitter-review process may change as the free service improves. To the extent allowed by law, the current public website is provided as available and does not promise that a planned feature or launch date will happen.
Roth does not charge a fitting fee or subscription. Riders remain responsible for equipment, tools, parts, and outside shop or professional services they choose to use.
