ROTHBIKE FITCheck eligibility

Terms of use

Use the website as it exists today.

These terms cover the public website, Free Check, and founding-rider enrollment requests as they work today. Public account creation, payment, and personalized video analysis are not enabled in this release.

01WHAT IS AVAILABLE

What the current public website offers today

The website provides product information, sample screens, a Free Check, learning articles, contact links, and a first-party founding-rider enrollment request stored in Roth’s private operations database. The request does not create an account, take payment, or guarantee access. Public Apple, Google, and email account access is not enabled.

The Free Check runs in the browser. Roth does not upload or save its answers and does not use them to create an account.

02FOUNDING-RIDER REQUEST

A request enters a review queue; it is not a purchase

The founding-rider form submits directly to Roth through the website and stores the request in Roth’s private operations database. It does not require a configured mail application.

Roth uses the request to check current program fit, manage the review queue, reply about the request, and record the rider’s separate case-study follow-up choice. A request does not create an account, take payment, guarantee an invitation, or authorize publication of a case study.

  • Provide accurate, current information about your own supported setup
  • Keep the reference number shown after submission
  • Use the withdrawal page if you no longer want Roth to contact you about the request
03ELIGIBILITY + SAFETY

Adult use, supported setups, and clear limits

Roth currently accepts founding-rider requests only from eligible adults using a supported road, gravel, or indoor-bike setup. A request may be reviewed, waitlisted, declined, invited, or withdrawn.

The public website does not provide healthcare, emergency, or mechanical-repair advice. Do not rely on it to diagnose a condition or decide whether an injury or unsafe bicycle is appropriate to ride.

04ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not misuse or disrupt the site

You may use the website for lawful personal use. Do not try to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the site, send abusive automated traffic, present sample screens as customer results, or copy the site in a way that suggests Roth endorses you.

  • Do not submit health information, payment details, passwords, measurements, riding video, or private report links
  • Do not try to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
  • Do not use website copy or images to make false claims about Roth
05NOT AVAILABLE

A plan or example is not a customer service

The current release does not provide: Public Apple, Google, and email account creation; Website-to-app account continuity; Checkout or payment; Personalized result delivery; Expert Review. A displayed workflow, example report, feature description, or price does not make one of those services available.

06CONTENT

Site content and permitted reference

Roth’s original website copy, visual system, illustrations, and product examples are protected to the extent allowed by applicable law. You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with clear attribution. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

07LIMITATIONS

Plans and prices may change

Features, prices, timing, privacy plans, and the fitter-review process may change before paid service opens. To the extent allowed by law, the current public website is provided as available and does not promise that a planned feature or beta date will happen.

Complete paid-service terms covering purchase, disputes, warranties, liability, consumer rights, refunds, and applicable local law must be reviewed and published before Roth accepts payment.
