Health concerns need healthcare, not an online bike-position tool
An online fitting tool cannot diagnose the cause of pain, numbness, weakness, dizziness, loss of control, or another health concern. Stop the online process for symptoms that are worsening, severe, urgent, or unexplained.
02BIKE SAFETY
Ask a mechanic or fitter when you are unsure about a bike part
Do not continue when the bike cannot make a change within its marks and manufacturer instructions, when the correct tools or tightening information are unavailable, or when you are not confident making the change.
A carbon or damaged part you are unsure about
Unknown insertion or clamp limits
Steering, shoe-cleat, racing-aero, or frame-size work
A bike that cannot be ridden securely indoors
03VIDEO QUALITY
Unclear or conflicting video is a good reason to stop
If the room cannot show the full setup, the phone will not stay steady, important areas are hidden, or the two side recordings disagree, Roth should not give precise guidance. An in-person fitter can understand details the camera cannot capture.
A stop result is not a diagnosis and does not mean it is safe to ride. It only means the online process should not continue.
