ROTHBIKE FITCheck eligibility

Company and qualifications

Company ownership. Clear responsibility.

Roth separates company responsibility, automatic decisions, independent validation, and optional human help so a rider can see who—or what—made a decision.

01COMPANY ACCOUNTABILITY

The company is the accountable operator.

Roth Bike Fit is operated by Mountain Brook Run LLC through the Roth Cycling Labs product organization. The company is responsible for the product experience, eligibility rules, automatic policy, privacy controls, support, corrections, and every claim made on this website.

Roth is not marketed as a founder-led personal fitting practice. It does not require a founder portrait, biography, or personal profile to explain who owns the service. Company and support questions go directly to hello@rothbikefit.com.

  • Legal operator: Mountain Brook Run LLC
  • Product organization: Roth Cycling Labs
  • Customer support: hello@rothbikefit.com
  • The company owns product corrections, privacy responses, and release decisions

Company ownership is the published accountability model. A founder profile is not a launch requirement.

02AUTOMATIC PATH

Automatic results are company products—not personal opinions.

The first supported product path is designed to publish an automatic result after the recording, repeatability, eligibility, and mechanical-policy checks pass. Every result should identify the model and policy version that produced it.

Independent qualified fitters are part of pre-launch validation. That comparison is different from a person reviewing each customer result.

  • Automatic results are labeled automatic
  • Optional expert help is a separate choice
  • Support cannot quietly rewrite a fit result
  • Unsupported or unclear cases stop instead of forcing an answer
03OPTIONAL HUMAN SERVICE

Qualifications appear where a human service actually uses them.

Optional Expert Review is separate from the automatic path. Before it can be purchased, Roth will publish the service qualification standard, supported cases, response time, privacy boundary, escalation process, and the company responsible for delivery.

Roth will not build a public personality roster merely for marketing. When an individual reviewer’s identity is necessary for a customer engagement, it will be disclosed in that engagement with an appropriate role and approved qualification information.

A price preview is not availability. No rider can buy Expert Review until the company has qualified staffing, customer terms, capacity, and delivery controls in place.

04QUALIFICATION STANDARD

The company must be able to verify every qualification it relies on.

For any future human review, Roth must verify what the qualification is, who issued it, whether it is current, and why it is relevant to the cases accepted. General cycling enthusiasm, an unexplained badge, or the word expert is not enough.

  • Recognized bike-fit education, certification, or equivalent documented practice
  • Current hands-on experience with the supported rider and bike categories
  • Clear mechanical, medical, and remote-assessment boundaries
  • A written conflict, privacy, escalation, and correction process
  • A public scope stating which cases the reviewer will not accept

Company accountability

Ask the company what it owns and how a decision was made.

Questions about the operator, product responsibility, qualifications, validation, or a future human service are welcome.
